I have always wanted to help people. But after many years as a mid-level accounting supervisor, I felt completely unfulfilled and decided it was time to follow my childhood dream and go to law school. I attended Empire College School of Law, in Sonoma County, California, and graduated in 2011. I took the California State Bar Exam in July 2011 and was admitted to the bar in December 2011.

I have lived in Sonoma County nearly my entire life. I am active in the community and participate in 5k’s and other distance races. I am a competitive powerlifter. I love our community and strive to make it a better place.

I am also active in our local legal community. I am a member of the Sonoma County Bar Association and serve on different committees.

I am caring and compassionate, and at the same time am realistic with my clients about possible outcomes. I want to help you get to the other side of this stressful time in your life, and when your case is over, I want you to feel like you are ready to go out and live your best life!

Minimizing the time you have to take out of your life for your case is important!
Court cases can often mean time away from work. You have to take time off to meet with the lawyer, go, attend court hearings and other possible court related appointments. This can be detrimental to your job security, your paycheck and can drain your sick/vacation/PTO bank, if you are lucky enough to have one of those.

I am sensitive to those issues, and can work with you in an attempt to keep your missed time from work (or away from your family) to a minimum.
