Attorney David Flaherty was born and raised in Quincy, Massachusetts. He attended Sacred Heart grade school in North Quincy, where he met some of his best lifelong friends. He is a 1989 graduate of Boston College High School and 1993 graduate of Fairfield University, Fairfield, CT. He then continued on with his education, graduating from New England School of Law in 1996, which he attended with his twin and younger brother, both of whom are Lawyers and also Quincy Police Sergeants .

Upon graduation from Law School, David immediately went to work as an associate attorney at an established, busy Law Firm. At the Firm, David gained invaluable experience, practicing with and against seasoned Attorneys. He handled criminal defense, divorce, personal injury, and landlord/tenant cases.
