Attorney Hitchcock has been an attorney with the Maine Criminal Defense Group since 2017. He graduated with honors from the University of Maine School of Law and was a participant in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. During law school, he interned with the Maine Attorney General’s Office, gaining insights into prosecuting serious drug crimes and perspectives on achieving favorable outcomes for clients. Additionally, he contributed to the Cumberland Legal Aid Clinic, assisting individuals in financial need with various legal issues.
Beyond his legal practice, Attorney Hitchcock actively serves his community. He is the elected City Councilor for the City of Sanford and a member of the Board of Trustees for the Sanford Sewerage District. He is also the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Sanford Mainers, a collegiate baseball team – aligning with the team’s mission to provide training for aspiring baseball players and community involvement and entertainment for York County.
