Scott is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, Utah Supreme Court, Utah Court of Appeals, Federal District Court of Utah, and Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah. Scott’s practice is primarily devoted to family court matters, appeals, criminal defense, and estate planning. Scott is a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC).
