Attorney Rozembersky is a trial attorney focused on high crimes criminal defense and post conviction appellate matters.
Beyond Criminal Defense, Attorney Rozembersky is experianced in all aspects of immigration – from common filings, to Board of Immigration Appeals trials (BIA), to the US circuit court of appeals. Previous trial experience also includes Medical malpractice, Civil Rights, and Wage Act cases.
Stefan is also highly knowledgable in corporate, financial, & regulatory law, and had aquired his FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses.
