Mark began his career in the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office. He had assignments in the criminal appeals and criminal prosecutions departments. In 2005 he opened his own firm and practiced alongside his father, Phillip Battaglia, who had a lengthy career representing family law clients in the Southwest Suburbs of Chicago.
