Being the son of a military officer, Ken Osborne grew up all over the United States before settling in Arkansas. He has made Fayetteville his home since 1979. He graduated from the University of Arkansas with a BSBA, majoring in marketing. Ken continued his education at the University of Arkansas School of Law, earning his law degree in December 1986.
Since opening his private practice in 1989, Ken has been dedicated to helping individuals: “the little guy.” He has represented countless clients injured in automobile, accidents, motorcycle accidents, 18-wheeler accidents and on-the-job accidents. He has recovered millions of dollars for his clients. These accidents are often disabling and Ken has helped hundreds of clients win their Social Security Disability cases.
In addition to handling personal injury cases, and workers’ compensation cases, Ken has practiced criminal defense in Washington, Benton and Madison County District and Circuit Courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas. He has argued cases for his clients before the Arkansas Supreme Court and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
