Attorney Andrew Fitzgerald has almost 20 years of experience in criminal law and DUI law. Andrew handles all criminal defense matters, with an emphasis on DUI and drug offenses. Andrew graduated with a Juris Doctorate from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney Law School in 2000. Andrew practiced in the private sector primarily handling criminal defense and divorce cases from 2000-2010 after which he was elected and served as Grand County Attorney from 2011-2019. Andrew continues now to aggressively represent clients in all criminal defense matters and divorce and custody matters. Andrew has also maintained a successful Appellate practice, having conducted over 35 appeals in the state and federal courts, including the Utah Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court.
Andrew is admitted to practice in state and federal courts for the State of Utah and is also admitted to practice in the State of Colorado. Notably, he is also admitted to practice in front of the United States Supreme Court.
In his free time, Andrew can be found mountain biking and camping with his family in beautiful Moab.
