Mr. Towers was born and raised in Southern New Jersey and continues to have deep roots in this area. After attending Saint Joseph ‘s Prep in Philadelphia he continued in the Jesuit tradition by attending Fairfield University in Connecticut. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English with an emphasis in writing and a minor in Business Management. Mr. Towers then attended Widener University Law School in Harrisburg. While there, he worked as an extern to Senator Thomas Caltagerone in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. At the time, Mr. Caltagerone was minority leader and chair of the Judiciary Committee. During his tenure, Mr. Towers assisted Mr. Caltagerone in reviewing proposed legislation and researching the Constitutional impact of various proposed Bills.
Upon graduation, Mr. Towers began serving as Law Clerk to the late Honorable Joseph M. Nardi, Jr., in Camden County Superior Court. At the time, Judge Nardi was hearing family division cases and was the designated judge for parental rights termination cases. Mr. Towers assisted Judge Nardi in reviewing and preparing the caseload each week, including the drafting of opinions and motion summaries.
Upon the conclusion of a one-year term, Mr. Towers began practicing law as an associate at Morelli & Rinaldi and then Lally, Holtzman, Gilligan, Duffin & Quasti. There Mr. Towers developed his litigation skills.
