Neil Luke – Brooklyn Criminal Lawyer

A graduate from Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law, Mr. Luke founded The Luke Law Firm, LLC in 2011. Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Luke was engaged with Balsamo Rosenblatt LLP, as a limited liability partner handling Landlord/Tenant and Civil Litigation matters. With nearly two decades of litigation experience, Mr. Luke has worked with the Legal Aid Society of New York, The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, as well as The Law Office of Jason Foy, following his departure from the Bronx District Attorneys Office, handling criminal matters. Mr. Luke is a member of the New York State Bar Association, The New York County Lawyers Association, The Thurgood Marshall Law School Alumni Association, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., and The Heman Sweatt Memorial Project (Board Member). Mr. Luke is also admitted to the United States Federal Court for the Eastern District of New York.
