Born and raised in Pittsford, Vermont, Robb graduated from Otter Valley Union High School in Brandon, Vermont in 1999. Robb then attended Clark University in Worcester, MA where he earned a BA in Communications. Following working for several years for City Year Boston, a National Service Organization, Robb attended Vermont Law School and graduated with his JD in 2009. As an attorney, Robb quickly earned a reputation for professionalism, determination, and success working with Prisoner’s Rights in Montpelier and then as a Staff Attorney with the Burlington Public Defender’s Office. Returning to Rutland County to raise a family in 2010, Robb began working as a Public Defender in Rutland where he continued to practice Criminal Law, including felonies and life sentence cases, as well as DUI law.
While working in Rutland, Vermont, Robb personally initiated and preserved several appeals which the Vermont Supreme Court decided in favor of his clients. During his time in Rutland, Vermont, Robb also won numerous high stakes jury trials, won many written decisions, and argued hundreds of motions for his clients while acquiring valuable experience in negotiation, strategy and evidence.
Following moving to the private sector and becoming a partner with Chadwick & Spensley, PLLC., Robb has broadened his areas of expertise to include Personal Injury Law, Complex Civil Litigation, Wills and Estates, Family Law, Landlord Tenant, and of course Traffic Tickets. Robb is licensed to practice in Vermont State, New York State, and Federal Court. Robb is a member of the Vermont Bar Association, the Rutland County Bar Association and a Founding Member of the Vermont Trial Lawyers Association.
