Tony Kagay – Liberty Criminal Lawyer

Tony is the founding member of the Kagay Law Firm. He has over 16 years of experience in the area of litigation. Tony has zealously represented clients in a wide variety of criminal, traffic, domestic, civil, and juvenile matters. Whether it is negotiation or litigation, he is prepared to represent you.

Tony has successfully resolved over 3000 criminal cases. These cases ranged from traffic tickets to Murder in the First Degree. He has tried or assisted in dozens of trials.

Tony attended undergraduate college at Kansas State University. He graduated from Ave Maria School of Law in 2005. After graduation, Tony clerked for a Jackson County judge for two years. He worked in insurance defense briefly but then found his true calling in criminal defense. For 15 years Tony fought for the constitutional rights of his clients as a public defender. During this time, he was mentored by many experienced attorneys and had the opportunity to sharpen his skills in the representation of people accused of crimes. Tony was exposed to litigation of many types.

Since starting the Kagay Law Firm, Tony has expanded his practice to encompass civil, domestic, juvenile, and probate matters.

Tony is currently admitted to the Missouri Bar.
